General Requirement :

1. Male or Female
2. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics or Engineering from reputable University
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Discipline, outspoken, result and action oriented
5. Self-motivated, self-starter, strategically & tactically thinking, and self-driven person
6. Independent and quick learner, hard-worker and a good team player

Specific Requirement :

1. Minimum 1-2 years (Junior level) or 2-5 years (Senior level) working experience in J2EE and J2ME application projects
2. Solid working experience in Java (J2ME) & J2EE and good object-oriented modeling/design/development skills.
3. Strong working experience using JSP, Servlet, Struts, Spring, JQuery, JBoss Seam and JBoss Application Server.
4. Strong working experience using the following middleware: Hibernate, iBatis, EJB.
5. Familiar with Code Versioning system (CVS and SubVersion).
6. Fast learning for coding editor (e.g.: Eclipse, Netbeans).
7. Good working experience on databases (Oracle, MySQL).
8. Have knowledge on database design and development.
9. Comprehensive understanding on OOP concept and MVC design concept
